The role of SEK

The Hellenic Livestock Association (SEK) is the largest livestock organization in the country, representing all sectors of animal production (cattle breeding, sheep and goat farming, pig farming, poultry farming, beekeeping) nationwide.

It was founded in 2008 satisfying the strong need of the country's breeders to have a single pan-Hellenic organization, which expresses dynamically their voice for seeking solutions to their problems, for research and scientific documentation of the positions and views of all breeders concerning the industry.
